- Experience in designing and facilitating multi stakeholder policy development, problem solving and dispute resolution processes
- Experience in training and coaching local leadership
- Experience in designing and organizing large educational and training projects, inculding curriculum development and training of educatots/trainers
- Qualified educator, competent in a wide variety of teaching methods and committed to establish an engaged learning environment and, when appropriate, to use transformative education methods for lasting impact on participant’s knowledge, attitude and behaviour.
Experience in designing and directing training courses on leadership, integrity management, negotiation and consensus building, interethnic relations and conflict resolution- Experience in designing and directing personal competence building trainings
- Experienced educator of educators: experience in training trainers and academics in experiential and transformative teaching methods.
- Mediator, certified in an American Bar Association accredited program (Hungarian licence number: 001382/1)
